- AI-generated content and analysis
is owned by TradePro and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 Your Content
By using the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display content you create (such as chat messages) solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Platform.
8. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates third-party services for market data and AI functionality:
- CoinGecko: Cryptocurrency market data
- Finnhub: Stock and ETF market data
- Groq API: AI-powered chat responses
These services have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability.
9. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that:
- The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Market data will be accurate or up-to-date
- AI analysis will be correct or complete
- Defects will be corrected
- The Platform is free from viruses or harmful components
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- TradePro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid to use the Platform (currently $0)
- We are not liable for losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Platform
- Unauthorized access to your account
- Errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities

- Trading decisions based on Platform information
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TradePro and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TradePro regarding the Platform.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
17.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
17.4 Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
